Lush Nails & Spa (“we”, “us”) is a nail salon at 11560 N 135th E Ave Unit 105, Owasso, OK 74055. This page explains what information we collect from our clients, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to book and serve an appointment:
- Your name
- Your mobile number and, if you give one, your email address
- Your appointment history and any preferences you tell us — a technician you like, an allergy, a service you always book
- Payment is handled by our card processor. We do not store your card number.
How we use it
- To book, confirm, change and remind you about appointments
- To contact you about a visit — running late, a question about a design, a follow-up
- To send occasional offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive them
- To keep our own records of work done and payments taken
Text messages
Lush Nails & Spa sends appointment confirmations, reminders and cancellation notices, and — with separate consent — occasional promotions, by text message to clients who provide a mobile number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in. You give us your mobile number when you book an appointment — in person, over the phone, or through our online booking page. Our staff ask whether you would like appointment notifications and, separately, whether you would like promotional offers, and record your answer on your client record. Consent to promotions is kept separately and is off by default — only clients who explicitly agree receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or ask the front desk and we will change it on your record. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (918) 371-3952.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold to third parties.

Sharing your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the salon — our booking and point-of-sale software, our text message provider, and our card processor — and only so that they can carry out that work on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you remain a client of the salon, and afterwards only as long as we need to for our business and tax records. Ask us and we will delete your record.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your record
- Turn appointment texts or promotional texts on or off at any time, independently of each other
Children
We happily serve children in the salon, but appointments are booked by a parent or guardian and we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
