These terms apply to the website and services of Lush Nails & Spa (“we”, “us”), a nail salon at 11560 N 135th E Ave Unit 105, Owasso, OK 74055. By using this website, booking an appointment with us, or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.
Text message program
Lush Nails & Spa sends appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices and replies to questions you send us, by text message to clients who have given us a mobile number. With separate consent, we may also send occasional offers.
How you join
You give us your mobile number when you book an appointment — in person, over the phone, or through our online booking page — and our staff ask whether you would like appointment reminders by text. Your answer is recorded on your client record. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and the mobile number must be one you are authorised to use.
How often we message
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you book. A typical appointment produces up to two reminder messages.
Cost
We do not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your plan.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message, or call us on (918) 371-3952.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or ask the front desk and we will change it on your record. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply START to join again.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and we cannot guarantee that any message will arrive. A text reminder is a courtesy, not a substitute for your own record of when your appointment is.
Your information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile information is sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail of what we collect and why.
Appointments
Appointment times are held for you and we ask that you let us know as early as you can if you cannot make one, so that the time can go to someone else. Call (918) 371-3952 to book, change or cancel. Prices and service times shown on this website are estimates and may change depending on the work involved; your technician will tell you the price before starting.
Using this website
The text, photographs and design on this website are ours and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Our online booking is provided through a third party, and using it is subject to that provider's own terms. We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. If you have a concern about a service you received in the salon, please tell us — we would much rather put it right.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
